Terms and Conditions

Pincious.com and Coincious.com back our custom products with a manufacturer’s guarantee. In the event that your lapel pins or coins arrive defective (manufacturer error) please contact us within 30 days of receipt so we can remedy the defect for you by replacing the errored product(s). We would need photography of the defective products in question to honor this guarantee.

Please further review this Agreement which outlines our and your responsibilities when using our website and ordering your lapel pins or coins from us.

What are we, Pincious.com and Coincious.com, responsible for?

Providing a quote and digital proof (mock up) of your custom lapel pin or coin.

Before an order can be finalized and production started, we will email you your order specifications and your mock up. We would require you to closely review that information and provide written approval after looking over all the order details such as quantity, type, size, proof colors and design, shipping/billing addresses and contact information. The purpose of this email is to also make you aware of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement to them if you approve your order.

Colors are defined by the Pantone Matching System’s Solid Coated+ palette. The Pantone Matching System (PMS) sells color swatches and books for your review in person, if further clarity is needed.

Pincious.com and Coincious.com offers high quality lapel pins and coins but are not jewelry products. These imitation jewelry products may use terms Gold, Silver and Bronze as mere descriptors of a color of metal. Actual precious metals and gems are not used in production of our products.

Manufacturing your order.

When you approve your order, you can expect the manufacturing process for your order to have started by the following business day. Due to that, changes to the design cannot be made after an order has been approved due to a physical mold or die being created. The manufacturing time for lapel pins will be approximately 7-10 business days unless the lapel pin has special features such as dual plating, extra colors, gemstones, 3D molding, printing, glitter, translucent paint, epoxy domes, etc. These special features will add 2-3 business days of production typically. Our custom challenge coins are manufactured in approximately 10 business days unless the special features previously mentioned are included in your design. Expect 2-3 business days of extra manufacturing time for your custom coins if any special features are required.

Quantity can also affect manufacturing time. Please contact your sales person with your quantity and due date if there is a concern about a deadline.

As a customer of Pincious.com and Coincious.com and as a user of those websites, you are responsible for:

Obtaining permission or having ownership over design assets:

Sending in a design, graphic, logo, slogan or any other intellectual properties to us means you certify that you have permission and/or rights to reproduce them and that their use does not infringe on any other parties’ rights.

Reviewing your proof and order details:

When you receive a quote, proof or order review from us, please look over all of the information carefully. Be sure to check for correctness in regards to but not limited to colors, spelling, design, order specifications, addresses, email, phone number, names, size and any other details of your order.

Understanding our delivery and manufacturing times:

We strive to manufacture orders in 7-10 business days but that time may varying as stated previously if special features are included in your design. The shipping time is typically 2-3 business days with an international air shipping service from our factories in China. Due to the international nature of the origin and rare but possible delays with carriers (UPS, FedEx and DHL) that we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date of your choosing.

Warranty:

Pincious.com and Coincious.com do not warrant or guarantee the ability for you to sell/resell our product (merchantability) nor do we warrant or guarantee the fitness for purpose of our products.

Legal:

Our products are custom made and made from scratch always. Due to this, we cannot cancel or refund any order and placing an order with us means you understand that all sales are final.

We do not warranty or guarantee our products combined or as components to any other product, products not sold by Pincious.com or Coincious.com, mishandled or damaged or miused product.

In the rare event a legal dispute arises, you agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for such a dispute would be Orange County, Florida, USA. You would be responsible for reasonable attorney’s fees and any damages incurred by Pincious.com and Coincious.com. Should the dispute be or pertain to intellectual property, trademark or copyright legal dispute, you agree to solely defend the claim at your expense and hold Pincious.com and Coincious.com free of all liabilities at your expense. 

The terms and conditions of Pincious.com and Coincious.com supersede all or any other prior agreements (verbal or written).
